Normal Workspaces ($185/mo)

When a new client signs up, or any existing client clicks "New Workspace", they hit a paywall immediately and will not be able to access anything in the platform until completing the subscription.

What's included at $185/mo:

• Full access to Acquisity and all platform features
• 10,000 lead scraping credits

What's NOT included:

• No free inboxes on any plan
• No Instantly connection (Instantly cannot be connected on paid workspaces)

⚠️ Critical: Clicking "New Workspace" always creates a paid workspace. It will never use a client's free workspace allocation — even if they have free workspaces available on their plan. See below for how free workspaces are added.

Free Workspaces (Included with Plan)

Some plan tiers include free workspaces, but they must be manually created by the team — clients cannot add them on their own.

How to add a free workspace for a client: The client messages the chat support widget (bottom-left of the platform), and a team member provisions it for them.

If you are an Admin you can add the free workspace(s) for them. Only add workspaces for them as they need them, unless they specifically request to have them all added.

A few older clients had an early extensions offer/deal where they get additional free workspaces on top of the usual amount (more than in the table above), but don’t mention this unless the client brings it up.
